Artist's Description

This is part of a series of digital art pieces that recreate Port Blakely on Bainbridge Island the way it was circa 1900. It was the largest lumber mill at the time and now there is very little evidence that it existed at all.
This was a digital art piece that was first modeled (ships and buildings) in a 3D computer program and then painted over in Photoshop. To learn more of how I did this you can go to crabbdigital.com
